This group is made up of Kenyan women of Somali origin from Garissa in the North Eastern province.
Besides performing on national holidays, at weddings, harvests, and other festivities, the women also run a self help group weaving mats and ropes for local use.
Their song 'AIDS Wadila' (AIDS kills) in Somali, promotes AIDS awareness and is sung by Luli Bashir Munge, Anab Gure Ibrtahi, Amina Basher Elmoge and Asha Ibrahim Yussuf.
