The father and son duo come from Koibatek, Eldama Ravine in the Rift Valley Province.

Maestros of traditional Kalenjin music, Kesses's music moved the former Kenyan President to tears at a State House function.

The Kesses' play the traditional Kalenjin instrument, six stringed harp, called 'Chemonge'.

Young Joseph Kesses has won many prizes at the annual Kenya Music festival.

'Katuiyo' (To be united) in Kalenjin urges unity amongst Kenyans.
