This remake of Ontiri's hit from the Spotlight on Kenyan Music (vol II 2006), is a cautionary tale about HIV/AIDS. 'Speed Governor' is a euphemism for condoms and a clever play on the Kenya Governmen's 2003 traffic rules requiring all public transport vehicles to fit speed governors and curb the death toll from road accidents.
